Airport and train station transfer service
Our concierge service organizes private transfers from/to Geneva Cointrin airport and train stations in the region. The Chalet is located less than an hour away from Geneva and a 30-minute drive from Cluses SNCF train station (4 hours away from Paris by TGV during the winter season).
Bus lines organise connections to Annemasse and Cluse bus stations and to Geneva Airport during the winter season. For additional information, please refer to the website of the Société Annemassienne de Transports (SAT).
In the near future, our concierge service will be extended to intra-station transfers and helicopter transfers.

Catering
Meal service and grocery delivery
Our prestigious concierge service can provide grocery delivery for the first meal or the entire week of your stay, as well as drinks so that you can relax as soon as you check in.
This service is also equipped to deliver meals such as: Savoyard, Italian, Japanese, seafood, breakfast and brunch specialties. It also organizes themed dinners such as fondue or pierrade (order required 24 hours prior).
Weekly or day-to-day menus can also be offered. A chef may be requested to come and prepare a menu at the Chalet for a single meal, half-board or full-board.

Booking services
Booking activities, equipment and ski pass
Our concierge offers services for ski rental and ski passes for the day or by week. The concierge can also book ski classes (downhill, snowboarding, cross country, Nordic, skijoring) as well as sledging activities and full day activities such as hiking, climbing, rafting, canyoning, walking, horseback riding and cycling.
A babysitter service and a day-camp (depending on season opening) are also available.
